Return & Refund Policy

Return / Refund:

  • To eligible for return / refund, if the product you received is damaged or the product you received is not what you have ordered for.
  • To raise a return, send us an email of or contact us via Call or WhatsApp on +91 90247 59330 within 24 hrs of receiving the order along with images of the product.
  • After an investigation, our team will contact you for future details.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must have some visible defects, unused and in the same condition in which you received them. They should also be in the original packaging.
  • Many types of items are exempt from return. Perishable things, such as food, cannot return.
  • We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Items for sale (if applicable):

  • Only regular priced items can be returned, unfortunately sales items cannot be returned.

Refund (if applicable):

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed in 4 to 5 working days after receiving the returned item back to us.

Shipping for return:

  • You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of refund shipping will be deducted from your refund.
